What Kind of Role We Hire For
Specific openings change over time, but our dispensaries regularly hire for roles such as:
Patient-facing roles
Check-in, front desk, and sales floor staff who help patients feel welcome, verify documents, and answer basic product questions.Budtenders / Patient Consultants
Team members who guide patients through the menu, explain product types and formats, and help match products to patient needs within legal and company guidelines.Back-of-house & Inventory support
Staff who help with order fulfillment, inventory counts, packaging, labeling, and keeping everything compliant and organized.Leadership & management
Shift leads, assistant managers, and general managers who oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and team development.
Not every location will be hiring for every type of role at the same time, but the form below helps us understand where you might fit best.

Don’t mind a fast, busy retail environment with lots of face-to-face interaction.

Are willing to learn about products, regulations, and best practices over time.
Experience in cannabis, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated retail is a plus, but not required for every role. We care a lot about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
